We're looking for an experienced Head of Data Analytics to help our organization unlock the full potential of data. Your leadership skills and ability to explore and implement new technologies and analytical tools will play a key role in strengthening our position as an industry leader.
You'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive analytics strategy, growing the team of analysts, and fostering a data-driven work culture. This includes advancing sophisticated analytical models and monitoring key performance indicators. By collaborating closely with leaders from product, marketing, and finance teams, you will deliver data insights that drive strategic business decisions.
Your role will also involve identifying optimization opportunities and providing business recommendations based on analyses and reports that have a tangible impact on company performance. Additionally, you will oversee the development of analytical tools and processes, including the implementation of solutions that automate data acquisition and analysis to streamline business operations.
A core part of your responsibilities will be managing a team of analysts, supporting them in achieving set KPIs, and fostering their professional growth. You will inspire and motivate the team to achieve ambitious goals while creating an environment that nurtures talent and collaboration.
You're a perfect match for the role if: You have at least 5–7 years of experience in data analytics, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. You excel at inspiring your team and setting goals in a dynamic environment. You see developing others as your mission, finding satisfaction in sharing knowledge. You have advanced proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, and R, as well as visualization platforms like Tableau and Power BI. You have experience working with large datasets and complex analytical processes. You think strategically and act with business goals in mind. Data-driven decision-making is your forte. Your outstanding communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively. Your English proficiency is at least B2 level. Your responsibilities include: Creating and implementing an innovative analytics strategy that supports business goals. Managing a dynamic team of analysts and ensuring high standards of analyses. Collaborating closely with the executive team to develop a data-driven strategy. Co-creating data collection and processing workflows. Developing and implementing best practices in data analytics.
