About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Head of Change to drive the success of corporate and key strategic group projects, with a particular focus in 2025 on supporting the Horizon program to achieve its objectives. In this role, you'll take a hands-on approach to leading change initiatives while collaborating closely with senior leadership and business teams to deliver practical and effective change strategies.
This position also provides the opportunity to enhance capability for leader-led change and to shape and elevate the organisation's project and change practices by refining tools, methodologies, and governance frameworks. Additionally, you will lead the Change Community of Practice, fostering alignment, integration, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
In this Role
Provide practical and effective change leadership and delivery for corporate and enterprise-wide programs. Lead and manage a team of change professionals, coaching and empowering them to achieve high-impact outcomes. Partner with senior leadership to secure alignment and buy-in for change strategies, driving adoption and measurable results. Lead the Change Community of Practice to share insights, foster collaboration, and align on best practices for change. Develop and refine the Delivery Success Method (DSM) and change tools, methodologies, and governance frameworks to meet diverse project needs. Provide leadership development and coaching to enable leader-led change and build long-term organisational capability. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate emerging trends into organisational change strategies. You're Likely a Match If
Have proven experience in senior change management roles within large and complex organisations or project environments. Bring deep expertise in organisational change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) and project delivery approaches (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, coach, and empower teams for high performance. Possess a pragmatic and results-oriented mindset, focused on achieving progress over perfection. Excel in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to secure alignment and buy-in from senior leaders and diverse teams. Have a strong understanding of leadership development and coaching practices to support leader-led change. Possess exceptional communication skills, simplifying complex issues and driving clarity and prioritisation. Have experience working in business roles, particularly within the retail sector, which would be advantageous.
