As part of this dynamic role, you will provide critical support to HDR students, postgraduate programs, and academic leaders, ensuring seamless operations and an outstanding experience for all stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will span processing HDR candidature requests, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate data, while fostering collaboration across faculties and university administration.

Key responsibilities will include:
Assess and process requests related to HDR candidature, including applications, scholarships, milestone extensions, attainments, and examination processes, ensuring alignment with relevant policies.
Respond to general enquiries and provide procedural advice to HDR candidates, Advisors, and other stakeholders, liaising with appropriate staff and escalating concerns to the Manager as needed.
Maintain accurate records in corporate information systems, ensuring data integrity, generating reports, and drafting correspondence to support HDR operations.
Collaborate with Faculty staff and University Administration to address academic and student policy matters, ensuring compliance and efficient communication across departments.
About You An undergraduate degree in a relevant area and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
High attention to detail and sound judgement in applying policies and procedures.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes.
The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including right to work in Australia and a criminal check.
