Your new role Managing and growing your portfolio through business development, relationship management forming a strong network and cross-selling. Building market share and achieving revenue targets whilst keeping your clients updated on market and hedging activities. Effectively work with the debt syndicate and trading/sales team to create synergy and a cohesive process. What you'll need to succeed Extensive experience and deep knowledge across fixed income derivative sales. Demonstrated sales and client service skills in an institutional setting. Experience in credit sales on the sell-side and managing deals from end to end within the sales cycle. A strong network across the fixed income derivative community and an in-depth knowledge of Debt Capital Markets related hedging. Worked in a similar role in a Banking or Investment company. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
