About your Role Hastings Deering is currently recruiting for an Operations Systems and Process Advisor, located at our Brisbane Head Office. This is a 12-month maternity leave cover - Monday to Friday role. Hastings Deering is on the hunt for an Operations Systems and Process Advisor to join our award-winning team at our Kerry Road branch. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.
As an Operations and Process Systems Advisor, you will: Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Operations to bring expertise and advice in relation to the Company's ERP system Liaise with various key internal stakeholders for the ongoing provision of knowledge transfer, education and support to ensure a high level of understanding and comfort of the system and processes Work with stakeholders to understand and document ERP processes Facilitate workshops to resolve issues and provide knowledge transfer Provide support to Operations with optimisation of the ERP system to overcome inefficiencies Manage the issues associated with testing activities for the ERP system for the Operations area Provide accurate and timely reporting on progress/issues and develop corrective action plans for issues Manage and monitor risks and report on risk action plans Contribute to Hastings Deering communications on ERP updates Identify and initiate learning and development of the Support teams in relation to ERP systems and processes Monitor and manage correct use of documented processes across the Operations streams Define and assist in delegating work to be done with adequate resources and progress measurements Provide support to the Parts administration team ensuring cohesive relationships and effective communication is achieved with functional business partners About You Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Management, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent experience.
Understanding of project management and business process design.
Demonstrated experience liaising with various internal stakeholders and building solid working relationships.
