Smeaton Grange Strength + Conditioning is currently looking for a Head Coach. This is a full-time position with 38 hours per week available. The role involves the day-to-day management of the gym, coaching group classes between 10-20 people, membership retention, social media updates, and general cleaning/maintenance. Class hours are across 5 days per week, with no weekends required.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the community, our members, and fitness, who can have a laugh and isn't afraid to take the lead with this position and really make it their own.
This position would be suitable for someone who has already been coaching in a part-time capacity and would like to take the next step in their coaching career.
A Cert 3/4 in Fitness is required, and CrossFit Level 1 is preferred.
