About the Team The Data-TnS QA team is responsible for ensuring high product quality of Trust and Safety, focusing on testing and delivering high-quality products of content safety and understanding.
Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python, Go, Java, or C++.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and geographies.Preferred qualifications include the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment and previous internships or professional experience in Quality, Testing, and R&D.Responsibilities Work closely with RD peers to ensure project quality that meets functional and user experience standards and expectations.Continuously track and analyze quality issues, recommend insights, develop improvement plans, and collaborate with peers to improve quality performance.Collaborate with automation and stability QA teams to enhance internal tools, frameworks, and platforms to make the team more productive.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
