Over the 18 months you will engage in on-the-job training, mentoring, a graduate project, and structured learning modules.

Your Role Based in Eaglefarm, Brisbane on Jagera and Turrbul land, you can expect to rotate between multiple departments.
On any one day you might:
Help to design, develop and validate components and systems for our defence vehiclesInterpret our customer requirements and provide design solutions including engineering analysis and investigationUndertake learning and training activities to develop skills and experience as a Graduate EngineerAfter experiencing multiple departments, we aim to find you a long-term role that suits your interests and experience.
Your Experience What we value most from our graduates is a willingness to learn and the confidence to offer solutions, however there are a few other things you need to consider:
Ideally degree qualified in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, however we would consider Automotive or AerospaceA true desire to work in a diverse team towards a common goalLeadership experience demonstrated through previous employment or extra-curricular activities whilst studying universityAustralian Citizenship to be eligible for security clearanceWe encourage you to apply We recognise the recruitment process is a two-way street.
