The Company :
Our client is an Australian Private Developer, working out of luxury offices.
This fast-growing team truly has a strong pipeline of property growth across a variety of asset classes including sub-regional & neighbourhood shopping centres, mixed-use, commercial & social housing.
The Role :
Reporting to the Head of Lease Administration, you will be responsible for assisting with lease administration and general administration duties as required.
Duties include, but are not limited to :
Liaise with leasing & centre management teams to ensure accurate documentation in accordance with negotiated terms Liaise with lawyers, banks & agencies Return executed legal documentation to lawyers & centre management teams Ensure accurate documentation is issued across the retail portfolio Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation & relevant state / federal laws related to retail leases Ensure deposits, bank guarantees & insurances have been received Track lease documentation & report on the status Support leasing executives with knowledge of the Retail Leases Act beneficial The Ideal Candidate :
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular, Excel & Outlook Experience in Commercial, Industrial or Retail Lease admin preferred but not essential High attention to detail Excellent written & verbal communication skills Demonstrated experience with high-volume workloads Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act is desirable Apply now or contact Tiffany Jolly on 0412 761 144 or email your CV to .
