The role: A position has become available for a Business Analyst to join their property team. Key responsibilities will include:
Work with Development & Asset Managers to Establish Leasing Strategies Conduct research on current market trends & Produce Reports Assist in Due Diligence of New Investment or Acquisition Opportunities Provide Updates on Financial & Operating Performance of Assets Assist to Prepare Internal Papers / Presentations to Senior Management Skills & experience: The successful candidate will have current experience as an Analyst with experience in property, management consulting, strategy, or corporate planning. Other key requirements include:
