As a result of a growing pipeline of work, our Global Markets team is looking to hire a Lawyer or junior Senior Associate to work across Securitisation, Debt Capital Markets, Derivatives, and Structured Finance.
About You:
3+ years legal experience in general finance, securitisation, structured finance, or debt capital markets Strong technical and drafting skills Client-facing experience and the ability to understand and respond effectively to client needs A commercial approach and an ability to negotiate effectively A collaborative attitude to working within large teams and with colleagues at all levels Ability to guide and mentor junior lawyers What makes Ashurst a great place to work?
