About this part of our organisation:
This Global role will support the region encompassing Zinc Assets Australia which include multiple geographically dispersed operations (from Darwin to Mount Isa, Townsville, and Brisbane), including underground and open-pit mines, processing plants (concentrators, smelters, and a refinery), plus port facilities.
Globally we have operations across Asia, both North and South American continents, and Europe.
Brisbane is home to our Zinc Assets Australia's corporate office which is where this role is based.
About your new position:
You will play an integral role in the organisation as a technical and subject matter expert for our Coupa S2P (Source to Pay) environment.
Your scope of work will range from the current Coupa modules process integrated to SAP, Mincom Ellipse, and other ERPs, along with other parallel enabling systems such as Boomi and PowerBI.
You will work closely with colleagues focused on requirements such as internal and external audits, monitoring, reporting, and the continuous evaluation of our current systems and processes.
Reporting structure:
Reporting to the Coupa Global Support Manager, you will also have a close working relationship with the Regional Middleware Lead as well as other Regional Support teams (e.g., ERP, infrastructure, etc.).
You will be required to manage third-party service provider resources such as Coupa support, Boomi support, Kitepipe, and others to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery to the Glencore business.
