(pro rata) (subject to private practice agreement) Permanent, temporary, full-time and part-time positions available About the role The Geriatric & Rehabilitation Medicine Consultant is responsible for delivering high quality clinical practice within a rapidly expanding department, presenting an exciting opportunity to provide geriatric medicine across the continuum of care. This includes acute, sub-acute care, consultative (hospital and community), rehabilitative and ambulatory (both metropolitan and rural) services. The Consultant will also contribute to the undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, research and quality assurance activities of the department.
Qualifications Eligible for registration as a Specialist in Geriatric Medicine with the Medical Board of Australia. Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians with advanced training in Geriatric Medicine or equivalent.
