A genuine passion for elderly care and a kind-hearted approach Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards Excellent teamwork and communication skills A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment Willingness to work in all areas such as cleaning, laundry, and kitchen and be available both morning and afternoons Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory How to Apply :
