Due to continued growth, we are seeking a General Manager - People and Culture to join our small but growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a strong understanding of Blue Collar recruitment / retention and people management. You will lead all activities related to the delivery of HR and recruitment services to the business, ensuring business continuity and optimal people processes.

Growing and dynamic company Based in Bibra Lake Office Key Accountabilities: Manage end to end recruitment including: attracting, sourcing, advertising, shortlisting, screening, interviewing, final selection, pre-employment checks, reference checking and offer processes. Proactively identify and drive effective sourcing strategies to attract and retain key talent. Build and maintain a candidate pipeline/talent pool to address current and future recruitment requirements. Maintain strong relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders including staff, suppliers and clients. Monitor, review and recommend improvements to recruitment and business HR processes and strategies to improve performance across the workgroup. Provide HR Management and Resources support to various FIFO and metro project sites and Perth leadership team. Skills and Experience: Experience in HR/Recruitment with a minimum of 5 years. Experience within an engineering, mining, construction or manufacturing environment, or similar. Sound knowledge of HR processes to ensure employee wellbeing and longevity. Solutions-focused individual and driven to deliver results. Self-starter with the ability to lead a team to achieve objectives. Strong IT literacy with the ability to use the MS Office suite. Skills, Attributes and Experience: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources with significant experience within the Resources Industry would be advantageous. Demonstrated experience working within a commercially sensitive, confidential HR team. Pro-active, resilient and willing to work in a team to achieve common goals. Professional, strong verbal and written communication skills with engaging and effective interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail, analytic and problem-solving skills. Exceptional time management skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of West Australian mining industry. Experience in organising and interpreting medical results.
