About The Opportunity As the General Manager of Commercialisation, you will play a crucial role in driving the business forward.
Some of your responsibilities will include: Lead the strategic development and implementation of commercialisation initiatives Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients Oversee financial management and performance analysis Identify opportunities for capital raising and executing trade sales Guide a team of professionals to achieve organisational goals Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and market penetration About You The successful candidate will have: Demonstrated experience and success in a leadership role Strong interpersonal skills with existing relationships and business networks Excellent analytical and financial management experience Experience in capital raising and trade sale execution is desirable You will also have: A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment A passion for ethical wildlife management and sustainability What's in it for You?
