Gardner Vaughan Group, an established, award-winning Southeast Brisbane based builder developer with a 35-year history, is looking for a skilled Senior Contract Administrator or Junior Project Manager to join our established site team. You'll work alongside our contract administrators, supported by the Project Manager, on an $80m multi-residential project in the heart of Bokarina Beach.
About the Role Permanent Full-time position Sunshine Coast location Multiple avenues for future growth We're Looking for Someone Who Has experience in multi-residential/commercial projects between $25-100m Is confident in all aspects of contract administration Has Procore experience (advantageous) Holds a tertiary qualification in construction management or related field Possesses a driver's licence and construction white card Is passionate about building and eager to contribute to team success In this role, you'll bring comprehensive knowledge as a contract administrator and a solid understanding of the Construction Contracts Act. You'll implement our proven processes, play a crucial role in project delivery, and learn from experienced team members while taking on increasing responsibilities. Regardless of your background, you'll contribute to the continuous improvement of our business, leveraging your experience and knowledge to drive success.
