Front Office & Guest Services (Hospitality & Tourism) Mandala Hospitality Group is currently seeking a passionate and customer service-focused individual to join us as a full-time Hotel Receptionist at the Best Western Plus Ambassador Orange.
As our next Team member, you will: Assist with Guest enquiries both face to face and over the phone. Be responsible for completing a wide variety of front office tasks, from selling the hotel's facilities to taking reservations and maintaining guest accounts, assisting guests on Arrival, during their stay and up until their departure. Be willing to go the extra mile to provide great guest service. Previous reception experience highly regarded. Be required to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Provide guests and visitors with local information from your vast array of knowledge of the local area. Flexible to assist in the restaurant as required by the needs of the business. What we are looking for: Prior experience in hospitality & or customer service industry. Experience using Protel is an advantage; however, onsite training will be provided. Reliable team member. People with a passion for providing quality guest service. Good communication and time management skills with a friendly personality. Team players who will be hands-on in order to see their team succeed. The flexibility to work over a seven-day roster at a variety of times. RSA – Not essential; however, highly regarded.
