Plumbing Bros is currently experiencing a thrilling era of expansion that promises to redefine the landscape of the plumbing industry in Australia. We want you to join our dedicated team of franchising specialists, to help drive growth throughout our existing Franchise Partners businesses.
What we'll need you to do:
Thoroughly analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each Franchise Partner, delivering targeted training and actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement. Assist Franchise Partners in crafting and executing local area marketing strategies to enhance their presence and attract more customers. Provide Franchise Partners with comprehensive CRM training and coaching, empowering them to boost project margins, increase profitability, and achieve greater success. Conduct bi-annual assessments of Franchise Partners' businesses, collaborating on the creation of new financial year business plans and budget forecasts. Cultivate enduring, collaborative relationships with Franchise Partners, built on trust and mutual respect. Develop an in-depth understanding of Plumbing Bros' operations, processes, and systems, to a level where you become the subject matter expert. Who are we looking for?
Strong interpersonal & coaching skills Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L analysis and Budgets Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced & demanding environment Ability and desire to learn and coach CRM and Operational systems and processes.
