The Role Responsibilities: Manage workshop in line with approved budget Ensure work is executed as per Quotes. Controlling all variations that arise from each job and have them submitted to our clients in a timely fashion. Control the profit and loss of every job. Find avenues to increase our margins without sacrificing quality. Time consciously complete and submit invoices. Liaise with our clients to follow up PO's. Take ownership and accountability. The Perks: Full Time – Super paid on all hours. Roster – Monday to Friday. Fortnightly Pay – Assists in transitioning into the role. The Fleet we look after: CAT 994H, 994K & 993K Wheel Loaders. Plus many more... What you'll need: Must be trade qualified relevant to the mining and maintenance sector. Must have worked in management roles or senior maintenance positions previously – Minimum 2 years. Hold a valid Australian "C Class" drivers' licence.
