We are seeking an experienced Food Production Supervisor to be part of a busy food processing factory located in Mt Druitt on a casual position, full time basis - temp to perm.

Day shift: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm

Supervise a team of staff Allocate tasks Maintain machines Control stock Meet KPI and hit targets Hands-on and requires some heavy lifting Work in a cool environment Work with beef, pork, and cheese products To be considered for this role you must have:
Previous supervisor experience Comfortable working in a cool environment Comfortable working independently Comfortable working with meat - pork, beef, chicken Recent experience in a similar role Available to start ASAP Excellent communication skills Great attention to detail We are interviewing today!
