Our Store Managers are our leaders, they are an extension of our values built over the last 20 years. We look for people who can build teams through coaching and developing strengths.
We are looking for Store Managers who are thinking beyond this role and looking at what their future could hold if they are successful here.
At Fone King all our leaders lead from the front and by example with no back office to hide in, so we are looking for someone who is happy to work alongside their team to achieve personal and company goals.
Responsibilities
Ensure your store runs at an optimum level every day. Coach, mentor and motivate staff. Build a "success" culture through positive management. Know your numbers and what's needed to achieve them. Customer Experience Focused. A role that's active and hands-on, leading by example. 100% of your time is spent on the floor. What's in it for you?
