Role In this role you will be expected to support: Microsoft Server and Desktop products Active Directory & Exchange access management Citrix hosted desktop environments Desktop hardware configuring & troubleshooting Proven track record of success in a Helpdesk / Service Desk environment The following would also be viewed advantageously: Experience and strong working knowledge of ticketing systems, SLA's, and time sheeting ITIL understanding, specifically around best practice IT services, operations, and processes A history of outstanding performance in customer service roles As a Service Centre Analyst, you will demonstrate most, if not all of these skills and abilities:
