High Earning Potential Commission Structure (Be paid on Aftermarket, Finance & Insurance) Estimated OTE opportunity of $200,000+ (Including Commissions, Allowances and Sunday Load) 5 Day Working Week and Reduced Sunday Hours 10am - 4pm Potential for Flexible Arrangements for the Right Candidate Extensive Training and Support Available where Required High volume position with opportunity across 60 - 90 retails a month Finance Focused Sales Team and Management Premium Dealer with Volkswagen Group Australia for both 2022 & 2023 Join Australia's #1 Automotive Retail Network (Eagers Automotive) with Extensive Career Potential At Liverpool Volkswagen, you will be part of a dynamic high-performing team that prides itself on working hard and earning good commissions.
While you will have the support of a Finance Area Manager, the day-to-day finance & aftermarket results of the business will be your responsibility, giving you sole opportunity over all retail deals completed in the business.
This is a senior role within our dealership, so you will need to demonstrate your experience and results achieved in your current and previous F&I roles. Prior experience in automotive finance sales is desirable, as is your enthusiasm and flair for providing all our guests with the ultimate buying experience.
You will need to hit the ground running, employing your finely honed negotiation and closing skills to help us meet and exceed our dealership KPIs. Our sales team will want your assistance with double closing and deal negotiations.
You will also facilitate finance and insurance transactions for our dealership guests, all with a strict adherence to compliance.
For this you will need: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A high level of computer literacy and a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Be an Australian citizen or permanent Australian resident. Hold a current Australian driver's licence.
