Job Description
As an Associate Lawyer in the Family Law team, you will work closely with clients to provide expert advice and representation in all aspects of family law. This role requires someone who thrives in a team environment, is committed to delivering exceptional client service, and has a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including property settlements, parenting disputes, and divorce proceedings.
Draft clear and effective legal documents, including affidavits, court applications, and agreements.
Represent clients in court and manage litigation processes, including attending hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
Work collaboratively within the team to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
Provide empathetic, tailored advice to clients while maintaining the highest professional standards.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications and Experience:
A qualified lawyer with at least 4 years of PQE in family law.
Technical Skills:
Strong drafting and litigation skills, with a proven ability to handle complex legal matters.
Work Ethic:
A proactive, dedicated approach with a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
