The Opportunity An exciting role has opened up for a Facility Manager at a well-established aged care residence in Forster, NSW. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team, encouraging professional growth, exceptional care standards, and a supportive workplace culture. Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, from clinical compliance and staffing to resource allocation and resident satisfaction. About You Tertiary qualifications in Nursing. Proven success in a senior operational management role within aged care or health services. Skilled in leading large teams and managing budgets effectively. Strong grasp of government funding mechanisms, regulatory frameworks, and quality standards in aged care. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. A natural change-leader who thrives in a dynamic setting.
