Our client is on the hunt for a highly organised and experienced Executive Support Officer to join their industry-leading team in the Professional Services sector. This role is pivotal in supporting the efficient functioning of the Administrative operations, as well as providing essential support to the leadership team as required. This is a full-time role which requires availability to work Monday to Friday in the office, commencing immediately in a great City Fringe location.What you'll do :Provide high-level support to the Executive team including diary management and meeting coordination.Manage multiple inboxes to ensure smooth workflow, prompt responses, and priority-based management.Coordinate and book travel for the Executive team.Minute taking for Board and committee meetings.Prepare meeting agendas, and distribute minutes, briefings, and Board papers.Collate and distribute reports.Serve as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders.Develop and implement administrative policies aligned with organisational goals as required for continuous improvement.Provide administrative support to ongoing projects.General database maintenance as required.Assist with coordinating the onboarding and induction processes for new starters.What you bring :Demonstrated experience as an Executive Support Officer, Executive Assistant or similar is essential.Proven ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail.Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, and ability to pick up new systems quickly.Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Must have or be willing to apply for a National Police Check.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
