Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership to achieve the TAFE Queensland vision and strategic objectives. Lead and manage a team of professional educators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in educational delivery including increased participation and completion rates, flexibility, and strong industry engagement. Represent the region at state, national, and international forums, developing strategic alliances. Qualifications / Requirements: Demonstrated experience in the vocational education and training sector at a strategic level. Educational qualifications at a tertiary level focused on vocational education and training. Success Factors: Shape strategic and creative thinking.
