Practice Information:
This Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service (ACCHS) provides primary health care and related health services to local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) communities.
Position Description:
The EACS will ensure the development of all Clinical Plans such as Holistic Health Services Framework, Research Framework, and Clinical and Program Reporting and Submissions.
The Plans, Reports, and Submissions must align with the company's Strategic Plan and be developed and implemented to achieve the goals and objectives efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities include:
Consulting with relevant staff on clinical/program matters Managing contractual agreements, strategic plans, and legislation Monitoring and reviewing service information Communicating effectively with external key stakeholders Managing time effectively Leading the organisation's research agenda Ensuring clinical governance and program meetings occur Qualifications & Experience:
Tertiary Education (Nursing Degree or Masters in Health Services Management) Current Open Queensland Driver's License APHRA Registration or similar professional memberships Working with Children Suitability Notice (Blue Card) and/or Police Check The position also requires:
Advanced Project Management ability Advanced Senior Leadership skills Advanced knowledge of Clinical & Reporting Software Advanced analytical and interpretation skills Ability to motivate teams to achieve KPIs Understanding of culturally sensitive primary health care Understanding of the Organisation's Strategic Plan State and National Travel All Employees:
Undertake further education and training Participate in internal forums Apply relevant organisation's systems and processes Adhere to company policies and procedures Salary Information:
$115,000 plus super per annum.
