Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate events: Oversee the scheduling, logistics, and execution of events.
Problem-solve in real-time: Address challenges with a calm and proactive approach to ensure the smooth running of events.
Manage timelines and budgets: Ensure all events are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders.
Skills
3+ years experience in event coordination or a similar role.
Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in event management tools and software.
Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including weekends, when required.
A valid driver's license.
Organised with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
