About the role : Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with excellent customer service skills? We're seeking an experienced Level 2 Service Desk Engineer to join our dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities : Answer Service Desk phone calls and manage allocated tickets according to our Support processing protocol Troubleshoot and resolve issues escalated from level 1 Maintain Active Directory (on-prem & Entra), Microsoft 365, and internal Asset Register Configure and maintain MDM tools (Intune & Airwatch) Assist with systems administration tasks where required Participate in project work for improvements within IT Services team Requirements : 3+ years of hands-on experience in system / network administration or IT support Proficient in Windows 10 / 11 and Windows Server 2016 / 2022 support and troubleshooting Strong technical knowledge of common hardware and software Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, and mobile device management Experience working with Cisco Meraki is also highly regarded Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of solving diverse IT challenges and staying current with emerging technologies.
