Estimator Service Station Fast Food Retail Fit Outs and Refurbishments
Successful Builder, operating for over 20 years in Fit Out & refurbishments of Service Stations, fast food chains, and Retail Centres needs the above.
Our client is a progressive national construction management company who design, build, and deliver projects such as Fast-Food Chains, Shopping Centres, Retail refurbishments, Office Fit Outs, and Petrol Station Upgrades in the value range of $0.50m to $10m.
Due to increased workload, a newly created position has become available for an experienced Estimator to join their team of seasoned professionals.
This office-based role can be in:
Baulkham Hills NSW 2153, Joondalup WA 6027, or Eight Mile Plains QLD 4113.
Reporting directly to the National Estimating Manager, the person we are looking for will have:
Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
At least three years' experience in Australia with a Commercial / Industrial Builder in a similar capacity.
Experienced Estimators from similar backgrounds (e.g., Shopfitting) are encouraged to apply.
Ability to scope works and produce accurate BOQ using Cubit / Buildsoft / EstimateOne etc.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills as you will be dealing with people at all levels, both internal staff and external people.
A degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics / Construction Management would be highly regarded.
(Trade background also welcome) Checkable references.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an upcoming Estimator to gain experience on capital upgrades with major retailers and fast-food operators.
Salary package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
