The Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer & Training Consultant to collaborate with the Department of Defence's Engineering & Technology Material Logistics (ETML) branch. In this pivotal role, you will:
Design & Develop: Create engaging training materials, user guides, playbooks, and e-learning resources. Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to implement standard operating processes and finalize essential documents. Support Governance: Review and maintain documentation through robust issue and feedback tracking systems. Drive Training Excellence: Conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNA), develop curricula, training plans, and deliver targeted workshops. What You'll Bring Skills That Shine: Proven ability to work independently with diverse stakeholders. Expertise in influencing and balancing priorities within a blended workforce. Strong communication skills, both formal and informal, across various stakeholder groups. Experience That Counts: A minimum of 5 years in technical writing, training, or defense-related projects.
