The chosen individual will be tasked with delivering innovative solutions involving ServiceNow and working with our Financial Services clients to understand their business needs, configuring, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to provide practical solutions.
What we're looking for 1 to 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow Development. ServiceNow System Administration certification or other ServiceNow certifications are preferred. Experience in configuring and implementing ServiceNow GRC / HRSD / TPRM / BCM / HAM / SAM modules. Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, SOAP / REST Web Services, LDAP, JDBC / ODBC. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of individuals and build successful relationships at all levels. Project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively explain possible solutions to non-technical and technical stakeholders. Problem-solving, debugging and testing skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
