Pacific Aerospace Consulting (PAC) is currently seeking expressions of interest for a Program Coordinator role in its Australian Division for a long-term project commencing in 2025.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Co-ordinating a Program for delivery and sustainment of complex ICT systems supporting Defence aviation operations Support the scheduling of Program milestones and management reviews Development and management of Program Deliverables, including Management Plans and Reports Working as a member of the broader support team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration both internally and externally Our ideal candidate will have:
Professional experience within the Defence industry with an understanding of Defence Contracting (ASDEFCON) Qualifications and/or demonstrated experience of Program Management skills Well-developed stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Possess, or able to possess minimum security clearance of Negative Vetting 2 (NV2) PAC is an innovative, privately-owned company delivering high-impact operational capability to our Defence and commercial partners.
