EOI – ICT Systems Administrators – Helpdesk Support Pacific Aerospace Consulting (PAC) is currently seeking expressions of interest for ICT Systems Administrator roles in its Australian Division for a long-term project commencing in 2025.
Your primary responsibilities will include: Providing systems administration and integration services for complex ICT systems supporting Defence aviation operations.
Providing helpdesk support to system users.
Working as a member of the broader support team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration both internally and externally.
Our ideal candidate will have: Previous experience operating within the ITIL framework.
Professional experience and/or certifications with some or all of the below: IT Networking Group and User Policies Configuration Management Data Management System Security Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Possess, or able to possess minimum security clearance of Negative Vetting 2 (NV2).
Professional experience operating within Defence or Defence industry.
