At EMM, we talk about purpose, not work. We have a dream of nurturing and growing exceptional talent for our industry. Our Graduate Program will stretch and challenge you to explore and experiment, to listen and absorb, to be curious and have a voice.
About the program: You'll join a 2-year program based on your degree and interests. If your qualifications are suitable for movement, you'll complete a number of short team rotations every 6 months to build your experience and identify your passion.
How you'll learn and grow: Your development will include formal training, coaching, mentoring, sharing of internal knowledge and experience, and on-the-job learning. You'll experience a range of integrated, challenging, and targeted learning opportunities including:
