About the Job ACH Group is looking for a passionate Solution Architect to play a crucial role in shaping and delivering technical solutions that align with ACH Group's digital transformation strategy. You will be responsible for maintaining the architecture principles and business capability models, ensuring the design of scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to shape ACH Group's technology direction and roadmap. Driving customer-centric technology solutions and ensuring seamless integration across systems and platforms. Producing solution design, deployment, and adoption to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical uplifts. Providing expert advice to ensure digital operations are reliable, resilient, and meet business transformation goals. Managing relationships with internal teams and external vendors to deliver solutions aligned to approved designs and expectations. About You ACH Group is looking for a highly skilled Solutions Architect with a passion for driving business transformation through technology. You have a proven track record in designing and implementing complex, multi-platform solutions, with expertise in architecture governance and technical strategy development.
To be successful in this role, you will have: Skilled in selecting tools, designing integration components, and leading integration work aligned with system and service design. Proficiency in translating business strategy into operating models and improving business performance through system, data, and process changes. Ability to guide the development of integrated solutions, ensuring compatibility with strategies, policies, standards, and security requirements. Strong skills in developing and managing data models and requirements for corporate needs. Experienced in designing complex systems, balancing key needs, using different design methods, analyzing impacts, and optimizing resources. Strong leader in system integration and design, ensuring best practices and risk mitigation. Experience working with large PaaS / SaaS systems like Salesforce. How to apply?
