As the Education Accountant, you will promote the growth and spiritual development of the Finance Ministry for Education. You will assist the Assistant Chief Financial Officer in managing day-to-day financial operations.
Qualifications: A degree in business or accounting, or equivalent tertiary qualification and/or experience. Must be a practising, baptised member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church with a strong commitment to its mission and values. Completed or working towards CPA/CA qualification. Core Competencies: Sound understanding of accounting principles and practices. Familiarity with the preparation and presentation of financial reports. Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Micropay, SUN, MAZE). Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well-organised and able to meet deadlines. Proactive in identifying and resolving workflow challenges. Desirable: Experience in payroll processes. Experience in ERP systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
