Job Responsibilities Manage dispensary inventory including ordering and receiving stock. Participate in stock-takes and ensure compliance with the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme and Medicare requirements. Provide excellent customer service and assist in various areas of the pharmacy including orders, counter service, and store merchandising. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Assist in submitting PBS claims as required. Engage with customers to develop rapport and provide assistance. Willing to undertake continual training on new and existing products. Support the pharmacy team in delivering effective service and operations. Minimum Requirements Current Certificate in Community Pharmacy. Unit of competency "Support Supply of Pharmacy Medicines and Pharmacist Only Medicines" (S2/S3). Experience in a similar role with a strong customer service ethic. Ability to work flexible hours and/or days. Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks as required.
