This is a full-time 3-year contract. The base annual salary is $190,000 + 11.5% Superannuation, based on a 38-hour working week.

The Director, Partnerships & Engagement reports to the CEO and leads the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to strengthen NIDA's connections with Industry, Alumni, Community, Government, and Education groups. Working with a skilled team across alumni, industry, marketing, recruitment, and communications, this leadership position is responsible for the overall partnership strategy, enhancing NIDA's community impact, achieving strategic goals, and strengthening its brand.
