This is a full-time 3-year contract. The base annual salary is $190,000 + 11.5% Superannuation, based on a 38-hour working week.

The National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) is Australia's premier training ground for future leaders and practitioners in the dramatic arts. The Director, Partnerships & Engagement reports to the CEO and leads the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to strengthen NIDA's connections with Industry, Alumni, Community, Government, and Education groups. The role focuses on creating sustainable growth opportunities and expanding pathways into NIDA. Working with a skilled team across alumni, industry, marketing, recruitment, and communications, this leadership position is responsible for the overall partnership strategy, enhancing NIDA's community impact, achieving strategic goals, and strengthening its brand.
