We are a major fuel and lubricant distributor, operating throughout Northern Victoria, Southern New South Wales and South Australia.
We provide a large network of both Wholesale Depots and Retail Sites, with our Head Office based in Mildura and an additional administration facility located in Albury.

We have a vacancy for a Depot Operations Officer to join our team at our Wagga Depot (Bomen).

The Depot Operations Officer will report directly to the Depot Manager and will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the depot including some forklift duties.

As a support role within the depot, key duties include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with rosters Lubricants and some fuel delivery scheduling Attending to general enquiries Daily depot processing Lubricants warehouse management Fleet and compliance record management Providing customer service to the public Heavy vehicle licence (Medium Rigid) desirable but not essential Great verbal and written communication skills Mathematical aptitude Ability to adapt quickly, prioritise and problem solve Good understanding of the local district Good time management and organisational skills Willing to undertake any required training to excel in this role Full training is provided during the probationary period, along with ongoing support provided by office management and other administration staff.
