We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Leading Hand to join the dynamic team at Mulgoa Rd. If you have expertise in live traffic management and road upgrades, we want to hear from you!
Location : Mulgoa Rd, Penrith
Key Benefits : Daily Allowance : $43.73 Meal Allowance : $16.70 (Payable after 1.5 Hours of ordinary hours) Shift Allowances : 15% for Afternoon / Nightshift Roster : 10 nights per month on a cycle Week one : 3 night shifts, 2 paid stand downs at day rate for 8 hours, working 3 night shifts.
Responsibilities : Lead and supervise a team of operators on the Mulgoa Rd upgrade project. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Manage live traffic conditions effectively during operations. Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. Provide training and mentorship to team members. Minimum Requirements : Proven experience in road construction or upgrade projects. Strong leadership and communication skills.
