About the Role Do you have a passion for customer service and want to kickstart your career in banking?
As the Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact in the Branch, providing exceptional customer service by identifying and supporting customers to explore their current and future financial needs. You will undertake transaction activities for customers, educate them on using digital banking solutions, and conduct needs-based conversations to generate opportunities in personal banking and lending.
About You We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. If you are a team player with a proactive attitude and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations, we want to hear from you! While previous banking experience is preferred, it is not a prerequisite.
