We are seeking a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to support the implementation of direct marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
You'll play a vital role in increasing product engagement, retention, and revenue, while contributing to our mission of transforming lives through education.

For the right candidate, this role offers flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Australia.

What you'll be doing:
As Customer Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with regional marketing teams to plan, execute, and optimise direct marketing campaigns.
This hands-on role will see you delivering impactful communications via email, SMS, push notifications and web pop-ups to engage our existing user base, reduce cancellations, and grow revenue.

You'll also analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to process enhancement projects – all while building strong relationships with stakeholders across teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end direct marketing campaigns to support customer lifecycle marketing strategies.
Deliver campaigns aimed at improving product usage, retention, and revenue.
Brief the Design Team to create content for email and SMS campaigns.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, analysing key metrics to optimise effectiveness.
Generate discount and promotional codes as needed for marketing promotions.
Identify and recommend new initiatives to enhance campaign outcomes and process efficiencies.
Participate in process improvement projects and maintain best practices for marketing tools and platforms.
What you'll bring with you:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a direct marketing role, ideally with a focus on revenue-driving campaigns.
Proficiency with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar.
CRM experience and knowledge of database segmentation for customer targeting.
Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting platforms.
Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
A genuine passion for marketing and enhancing the customer experience.
Strategic thinking and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative mindset with a proactive and can-do attitude.
