Do Work that Matters As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre, you'll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they contact us. You will assist customers in managing their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:
Concierge and welcome calls Missed payments and early-intervention collections Simple customer service enquiries See Yourself in our Team We currently have Casual positions available from September onwards with hours spanning across 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm. This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office.

Must be available for two weekday shifts per week Hybrid role: You must be available to work from the Redfern office, once a fortnight (more during training) Outside of this, we'll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for 4 weeks, 15 hours per week (days & times will be confirmed at interview stage) Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period Throughout your training, you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model.
