Significant demonstrated experience in policy, risk and compliance leadership within a complex environment. Strong track record in partnering with senior stakeholders to identify emerging trends and best practice to continuously improve compliance, governance and risk management. Demonstrated experience in leading change initiatives to improve an organisation's risk and compliance functions. Proven experience in managing and leading teams towards high-performance. Highly developed and effective oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and an ability to adapt your communication style to your audience and prepare complex correspondence and reports. Possession of a tertiary qualification in law is desirable.
