ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting time for us, as we look for an Integrity Partner (Education) to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for developing the education strategy, developing education modules and presenting. The role will also assist the CA Integrity Unit across areas including Code of Conduct and for Players and Player Support Personnel, Anti-Corruption, Anti-Doping and Competition Assurance. We have big ambitions for this space, so we're looking for drive, passion, and energy to bring our plans to life.
Reporting to the Head of Integrity you'll be responsible for:
Developing and implementing tailored programs using various platforms and methods to match target audiences In collaboration with the Capability Department, creating integrity modules and resources for Australian Cricket Developing content for, and presenting, face-to-face presentations to Australian Cricket participants Consulting with key stakeholders to ensure Education Frameworks meet mandatory requirements, best practice guidelines current and future needs and incorporates performance measurements Being the CA Integrity Unit contact for all professional development and wellbeing programs Assisting with online abuse, child safety and member protection initiatives Developing and maintaining compliance records Assisting the CA Integrity Unit with investigations, research, projects and reports WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As the successful Integrity Partner you will be an exceptional problem solver with a passion for and experience in education. You will also have:
Tertiary qualifications in Learning & Development or similar Experience in a sporting organisation in a similar role (desired) Experience working within junior development or pathway programs (desired) Prior training and assessment experience Demonstrated experience of development of education programs and knowledge of different learning types Strong presentation, interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to understand and communicate integrity policies Motivate self-starter able to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
