ProSidian seeks a Business Analysis and Training Support Instructor (AFRC1) located in CONUS - Aurora, Colorado to provide sector-related solutions on behalf of The Space Force.
JOB OVERVIEW The Course Instructor for Training Content Support at ProSidian Consulting will play a vital role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training content to empower Air Reserve Personnel Center (ARPC) and Headquarters Readiness and Integration Organization (HQ RIO) stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Collaborate with subject matter experts and the creative team to design and develop training modules for a wide range of audiences. Create engaging and interactive training content, including animations, quizzes, tests, slides, and videos. Customize training materials to meet the unique needs of various audiences. Utilize graphics and programming software to enhance the overall learning experience. Ensure training materials adhere to quality standards and align with objectives outlined in Air Force Instruction (AFI) 63-138. Collaborate with the Learning Management System (LMS) team to deploy training content on the Moodle-based platform. Provide training to government staff on updating and modifying training content on the LMS platform. Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training content. Desired Qualifications For Instructor (AFRC7) Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field. Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or training content creation. Proficiency in multimedia software tools, including graphics, animation, and video editing software. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, error-free training materials. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to analyze complex information and translate it into engaging training content. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online training platforms. Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Skills Required Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail. Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
