About the role
As a Counter Specialist, you will contribute to the continued sales growth of the store through delivering excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with core policies and procedures, including:
Improving processes at the counter by ensuring systems are implemented and followed.
Working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both instore and online customers and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries.
Training and supporting new counter team members in understanding all systems and processes.
About you
Results-driven with a strong focus on delivering the best customer outcomes.
Strong multi-tasking skills and a keen eye for detail will lead to your success in this role.
Background in cash handling, including EFTPOS facilities (ideal but not essential).
